F Section · Northeastern Palm Coast
Palm Harbor's F Section sits in northeastern Palm Coast near the Intracoastal corridor, Palm Coast Parkway, and the Palm Harbor golf area.
Area orientation
This established part of Palm Coast includes interior streets as well as freshwater- and saltwater-canal settings. Water access and property responsibilities are not the same from one canal or lot to another.
The area includes homes from different building periods, updated and original properties, interior lots, canal lots, and homes near the golf corridor.
Palm Coast Parkway provides a main route toward shopping, I-95, parks, and services. Testing the route from a specific address is more useful than relying on the section name.
Property comparison
The area can narrow your search. The home, lot, documents, and current quotes should guide the final decision.
