This policy describes how RealtorLeighton.com and Leighton Ohlson collect and use information submitted through this website. Do not submit confidential financial documents, government identifiers, account credentials, or other sensitive records through a general website form.

Information you provide

Information you choose to share may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred response method, property address or link, desired areas, budget range, timing, financing stage, and message.

Partially completed forms

The website uses guided forms that ask a few questions at a time. After you provide usable contact information, a partially completed form may be securely delivered to Leighton so he can personally follow up even if you leave before pressing the final submit button. The form explains this before asking for your contact details. Selecting text does not authorize a text reply unless you also check the consent box.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, research a property or search criteria, coordinate an appropriate real-estate follow-up, maintain necessary business records, secure the website, and comply with applicable obligations. Information is not sold as a lead list.

Email and text responses

Website requests are delivered to Leighton through his Google Workspace email account. If you request email, telephone, or text contact, the information you provide may be used to respond about that request. Automated marketing email and SMS follow-up are not currently part of the website workflow. You may ask Leighton to stop contacting you through a particular channel.

Analytics and technical information

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand general website activity, such as page views and form-step completion. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, listing links, and free-text form messages are not sent to website analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. The hosting platform and security tools may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security or error data.

Service providers

Website hosting, security, email, and analytics providers may process limited information on behalf of the site when those services are configured. They should receive only the information needed for their function.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security, dispute resolution, or applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

External websites

Links to government, social-media, mapping, or other third-party services are governed by those services’ own practices.

Children

This website is intended for adults researching real-estate services and is not directed to children under 13.
